FluxDNA is a system for management of DNA exams allowing to store and manage data on samples identification, results of analysis and conecting with instruments to import genetic profiles and performe all related calcuationsall probabilities used in the calculations.

FluxProteomics is an integrated data management system for proteomics experiments. Data from experiments as two-dimensional gel, liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry are managed by the system. FluxProteomics establishes a causal relationship between experiments, allowing the researcher to identify which experiments are related to which other, simplifying the process of controling experimentation and identifying experimental errors. FluxProteomics also allows the direct connection with existing databases on the Internet to make the identification of samples automatically whenever possible.

FluxSequencing is a system for management of data on DNA sequencing using automatic sequencing instruments such as the plataforms Solid and Megabace. The system holds data on samples used, chromatograms, sequences generated, and softwares used for analyses.
